Terms of Service

What this site is
Bio Studio (bio.smutcore.live) is a link-in-bio service run by SmutCore. It hosts public creator pages and a directory for finding them. These terms cover this site. The main SmutCore social network at app.smutcore.live has its own terms and privacy policy, which also apply to your SmutCore account.
Age requirement
SmutCore is an adult community. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use this site. Pages here may link to adult content on other platforms. Links we know to be adult are kept behind a separate 18+ section on each page.
Unclaimed pages
Some pages in the directory have not yet been claimed by the person they describe. These are previews, clearly labelled as unclaimed, built only from links that creator has already published elsewhere. We do not copy photos, bios, or other content onto an unclaimed page. If an unclaimed page describes you, you can claim it through your SmutCore account, or ask us to remove it and we will.
Your page, your responsibility
If you claim a page, you are responsible for what you put on it. Don't use a page to impersonate someone, link to illegal content, distribute malware, spam, or deceive visitors. We can unpublish pages that break these rules or that we're legally required to remove.
Bio Studio pages themselves may not contain sexually explicit imagery. Keep explicit content on the platforms you link to — adult links stay behind the labelled 18+ section on your page. See our § 2257 statement.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it online and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't responsible for the content of external sites that pages link to.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
