Exemption statement
Bio Studio (bio.smutcore.live) hosts creator link pages: links, text, and non-explicit imagery. Sexually explicit content is not permitted on Bio Studio pages — see our terms. Because this site does not produce or publish visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256, the operator of this site is not a "producer" of such content for the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75), and no records are required to be maintained for content on this site.
Linked platforms
Pages here link out to third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans or Fansly) that host creator content. Each of those platforms is responsible for its own § 2257 compliance, and their compliance statements are published on their own sites. Adult destinations linked from a Bio Studio page are kept behind a separate, clearly labelled 18+ section.
Reporting
If you believe a Bio Studio page contains sexually explicit imagery, or any content involving a minor, report it immediately via the SmutCore contact form. Content involving minors is removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
